10KV class S11 'S13' S14 series oil immersed power transformer

Product introduction

Our company 10kV grade fully sealed distribution transformer, is a low loss series products with advanced technology. The corrugated oil tank shell ADAPTS to the contraction and expansion of oil with its own elasticity. The product has a small footprint and is maintenance-free, and can be provided with an integral welded seal between the lid and the edge of the box or a bolted nitrile rubber seal structure.

Description

Product/performance characteristics

    We firmly adopt imported high-conductivity cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.3mm, and a 45-degree fully oblique ladder-shaped stacking. The core surface is coated with anti-rust paint to prevent moisture and rust.
    For the low-voltage windings, copper wires are used for small capacities, while for most cases, a copper foil-wound cylindrical structure is adopted. The high-voltage windings employ a multi-layer cylindrical structure, ensuring balanced distribution of amperes-turns, low magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance.
    The core and windings are individually secured with fastening measures. The high and low-voltage leads, as well as other tightened parts, are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. A non-suspended core structure is used to withstand the shocks during transportation.
    The coils and core undergo vacuum drying, and the transformer oil is processed through vacuum oil filtering and oil injection techniques, minimizing the moisture inside the transformer. The oil tank uses corrugated sheets, which have a breathing function to compensate for changes in oil volume caused by temperature variations. Therefore, this product does not require an oil conservator, reducing the transformer's height.
    The corrugated sheets replace the oil conservator, isolating the transformer oil from the outside environment, effectively preventing the ingress of oxygen and moisture, which would otherwise degrade the insulation performance.
    The temperature measurement device - transformers with a capacity of 800kVA and above are equipped with signal thermometers and gas relays. Appropriate temperature trip or alarm settings are set, and light and heavy gas alarms are automatically triggered.
