Product introduction

Three-dimensional coil core oil immersed transformer is a new type of high reliability transformer with more reasonable structure, better performance and lower manufacturing cost.
The product breaks through the traditional flat structure and adopts three-phase symmetrical three-dimensional structure. And because there is no air gap in the magnetic circuit, the winding is tighter
The magnetic direction of the silicon steel strip is completely consistent with the direction of the magnetic circuit, the three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangular three-dimensional arrangement, the three magnetic circuits are the same length, and are the shortest, and the processing sets are free of waste; Therefore, it is an efficient and energy-saving transformer using traditional materials, but the operation noise is lower and the structure is more compact.
The excellent performance in reducing energy saving loss and saving materials is fully in line with China's energy saving policy.

Description

Product/performance characteristics

    (1) Material Savings: The design of the three-dimensional wound core ensures zero waste during the nesting process, achieving a material utilization rate of 100%. This design significantly reduces the waste of raw materials, specifically manifesting in a 25-30% reduction in silicon steel sheet usage and a 5-8% reduction in copper usage. This saving not only reduces production costs but also contributes to the efficient use of resources and environmental protection.
    (2)Losses and No-Load Current: The three-phase magnetic circuit of the three-dimensional wound core has no seams, and the magnetic flux direction is completely aligned with the crystal orientation of the silicon steel sheets. This significantly reduces no-load losses and no-load current.
    (3)Three-Phase Balance: The three-dimensional wound core is composed of three identical single frames, and the three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangle formation.
